Care Instructions

To maintain the appearance and longevity of your surface protection film, it is important to follow the care guidelines below.

Our protection film is designed to provide long-term protection for your stone surfaces, however proper care will ensure the best performance.

Care Tips

Initial Care After Installation

For the first 48 hours after installation, please avoid:

  • Placing heavy objects on the surface
  • Cleaning the surface
  • Excessive moisture exposure

This allows the film adhesive to properly bond to the surface.

General Cleaning

For everyday cleaning, we recommend:

  • Using a soft microfiber cloth
  • Mild dish soap mixed with water
  • A soft sponge if required

Avoid harsh scrubbing or abrasive materials.

What To Avoid

Products to Avoid

Do not use the following on the film:

  • Abrasive cleaners
  • Scouring pads
  • Strong solvents
  • Bleach-based cleaners
  • Acidic cleaners

These products may damage the film and affect its appearance.

Cutting and Sharp Objects

While the protection film helps protect against scratches and stains, it is not designed to be used as a cutting surface.

Avoid cutting directly on the film with knives or sharp objects. Using cutting boards is strongly recommended.

Heat Exposure

Avoid placing extremely hot cookware directly onto the surface. Always use trivets or heat protection when placing hot items on the surface.

Improper Use

Damage caused by the following is considered improper use and may affect warranty coverage:

  • Cutting directly on the film
  • Excessive heat exposure
  • Intentional damage or misuse
  • Harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning
