Warranty Information
ClearTop Protection provides a 7-year limited warranty for the surface protection film installed on your stone surfaces.
This warranty covers defects in the film material and installation workmanship.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers:
- Film defects
- Adhesion failure under normal conditions
- Installation-related defects
If a defect occurs during the warranty period, ClearTop Protection will assess the issue and repair or replace the affected film where appropriate.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to:
- Cutting directly on the film
- Excessive heat exposure
- Physical damage caused by sharp objects
- Improper cleaning products
- Misuse or neglect
Normal wear and tear from regular use is also not considered a defect.
Film Removal
If removal of the film is required, it must be professionally removed to ensure the underlying surface is not damaged.
ClearTop Protection is not responsible for damage caused by improper removal carried out by third parties.

If you believe there is a defect in the film or installation, please contact ClearTop Protection with:
- Your name
- Installation date
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the affected area
Our team will review the claim and determine the appropriate solution.
